Privacy Policy

Last updated 3 September 2026

This is a small website belonging to one author. I collect as little as possible, I do not sell anything about you to anyone, and this page explains plainly what happens when you visit or subscribe.

What I collect

If you join the newsletter, I collect the first name and email address you type into the form. That is all the form asks for and all it stores.

If you just read the site, I collect nothing myself. There is no analytics software, no advertising pixel and no tracking script on these pages.

Who else is involved

What I use your email for

New release announcements, cover reveals, the occasional bonus scene, and sale notices. Nothing else. I do not sell, rent, trade or share my subscriber list, and I will not add you to anything you did not ask for.

Getting off the list

Every email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom and it works immediately. You can also email me and I will remove you myself. No hard feelings and no follow-up questions.

Your rights over your data

You can ask me at any time to tell you what I hold about you, correct it, or delete it entirely. Email ThisIsPanda@PandaDJones.com and I will action it. If you are in the UK, EU or California you have these rights under law; I extend them to everybody regardless of where you live, because keeping two sets of rules would be silly.

Children

This site and these books are intended for adults. I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Affiliate links

Some links on this site earn me a small commission. That is covered fully on the affiliate disclosure page.

Changes

If this policy changes I will update the date at the top. If the change is significant, I will say so in the newsletter.

A note on this page. This describes my actual practice in plain English rather than legal boilerplate. It is not legal advice, and privacy obligations differ by country. If you rely on this site commercially or your circumstances are unusual, have a solicitor look it over.
